The Laguiole en Aubrac Le Perlé pocket knfie is a modern incarnation of the classic Laguiole knife. There is a stylized version of the Laguiole bee on the spine. The handle has nice contrast thanks to the light beechwood and dark lines. The name ‘Le Perlé’ comes from the round engravings that have been filed into the handle by hand.
