The Spyderco Spydie Chef is the result of the third collaboration between the Polish knife maker Marcin Slysz and Spyderco. The Spyderco Spydie Chef is a pocket knife with a blade that might remind you of a Santoku knife (Japanese chef’s knife). And that is exactly what it is meant to look like. It is the perfect knife to cut ingredients into small pieces. The titanium handle is slanted between the pivot and the blade. This offers additional grip as you use the knife. A great detail on this beautiful knife.
