The TRC Knives M-1XDP is a robust and sturdy outdoor knife, made from a top-quality type of steel. TRC has chosen Vanadis 4 Extra steel for this knife. During endurance tests this type of steel performs really well. Few types of steel retain their sharpness longer. In addition, it is very tough and can therefore handle its own. Vanadis 4 Extra is usually only used by a few custom knife makers, and even those are very hard to find. The fact that a brand such as TRC makes such a fantastic knife from this type of steel is simply fantastic.
